Michael W. Sweet

Mike practices in the areas of estate tax planning and probate, as well as in the corporate transactions area. Mr. Sweet is a graduate of the University of Tulsa School of Law where he served as Managing Editor of the Tulsa Law Review, was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his academic achievement in Commercial Law, and was named to the Dean’s Honor Roll each year. Mr. Sweet attended Utah State University on a golf scholarship where he earned a B.A. in Accounting in 1994, and an M.B.A. in 1996. Mr. Sweet became licensed as a C.P.A. in 1997, and his prior work experience includes time spent in the area of financial accounting and consulting for Fortune 100 companies on a variety of corporate, tax, and transactional matters, and advising individual clients regarding income, and estate and gift tax planning. Mr. Sweet is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
